Every year, Lake Norman Currents Magazine celebrates the pets of the Lake Norman area with their annual pet issue. They host a fun cover dog contest with tons of pups - small to large, fluffy to bald. Judges from the area have the hard decision of picking just one that will land on the cover of the magazine. This year, Cuda walked away the winner!

Cuda is a very large Presa Canario - 140 pounds to be exact! We only spent about an hour together to get the shots for the magazine but it was so cool to watch him maneuver around the shoreline of Lake Norman and show off his fetching skills.

LKN Currents ended up using the shot of Cuda with his trophy for the cover. However, we got some other fun options you can check out below. I especially love the one of him walking out of the lake with the ball in his mouth. :) It was only fitting to include the magazine's namesake in the cover options!
