Wow! Wow! Wow!
That about sums up the 2015 Pet Palooza event held by the Humane Society of Charlotte. After days and days of downpours, Mother Nature blessed us with a mix of sun and clouds (but no rain!!!) which allowed the event to be a huge success. They raised over $100,000!!!! Heck yeah!
The day was filled with a dog walk (my favorite part to photograph), live music, contests, a food truck pavilion, a beer/wine garden, doggie kisses and lots, lots, more. Pictures don't capture the energy and excitement surrounding Independence Park that day. Tails were wagging, slobbery kisses abound, and smiles were a-plenty.
